BoxingÂ
Shake up your boring cardio and core routines and see if you can last all 8 rounds with our trainers. These classes will increase muscle tone, agility, stamina, and coordination while building strength and power. Members must bring their own gloves.Â
Circuit TrainingÂ
An intense workout for all muscle groups. This class uses several fitness stations to be performed in a circuit.
Boot Camp
This class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements.
